Placement call of college is in continuous urge to provide the students with contemporary job opportunities. Every year campus drives are organized by our college. Placement cell of Balwant College organizes campus drives for our students as well as students from peripheral colleges.
We have established MOU with Supriya Lifesciences, Chiplun through which several students are selected every year. Thermax Babcock Wilcox and placement cell arranges campus drive every year via which several students grab opportunity to work with the reputed organization.
Furthermore, students were placed off campus in various reputed organizations such as Lupin, Cipla, Macleod, Aarti drugs etc.
For Arts and Commerce students campus interviews of various organizations such as ICICI bank, HDFC Bank, Karad Urban Bank, call centers and BPO are arranged.
Lectures on ‘How to face Campus drives’, ‘Career opportunities after graduation post-graduation’, ‘Personality development’ are organized by placement cell to fabricate students towards campus drives with the help of reputed consultancies.
